Hospitality PR that gets your hotel talked about.

Concierge Collective is a hospitality PR agency in India, based in New Delhi. We handle media outreach, launch and relaunch campaigns, travel trade PR, influencer activations and reputation support for hotels, resorts and travel brands — and we track every placement.

01 — Why PR, why us

Press that actually lands.

Generic PR firms treat a hotel like any other client. We only do hospitality, so we know which editors, trade titles and creators matter for a property like yours.

Public relations for a hotel is not a press release sent to a spreadsheet of journalists. It is knowing which travel editor is planning a wellness feature next quarter, which trade publication the agents in Delhi and Mumbai actually read, and how to turn a relaunch, a new chef or a new villa category into a story someone wants to run.

We build PR around moments: openings and relaunches, new seasons and packages, awards and appointments, festivals and events. Each moment gets a media list built for it, a press kit that is ready before the outreach starts, and follow-up that continues until the coverage is in. Placements are logged and reported, so you can see exactly what the campaign produced.

Because PR sits alongside our content, events and influencer work, a single launch can run as one campaign — trade evening, press coverage, creator visit and social content all telling the same story in the same fortnight. That is the difference between a PR agency and a hospitality creative house.

We also handle the less glamorous side: negative reviews, an incident on property, a story that is about to go wrong. Reputation support means having a plan and a spokesperson before you need one.

Travel trade PR is a speciality. Indian hotels live and die by their agent network, and the trade press is how that network hears about you. Our Madifushi Private Island roadshow in May 2026 — trade evenings in New Delhi and Mumbai — was designed as a PR moment as much as an event, and was covered by the travel trade press as a result.

What you get. A quarterly PR calendar built around your property's real news. A press kit — fact sheet, imagery, founder or GM profile, boilerplate — that is ready to send. Targeted outreach to consumer travel, lifestyle and trade media. Influencer and creator activations that extend the coverage. A placement log with links, reach and tone.

Who this is for. Properties opening, relaunching or repositioning. Resorts entering the Indian market. Independent hotels that have never had proper press and know it is costing them. Groups that want a Delhi-based PR partner for their India story.

04 — Questions

Questions about hotel PR.

What is hospitality PR?

Hospitality PR is public relations built specifically for hotels, resorts, restaurants and travel brands. It covers media relations, launch and relaunch campaigns, travel trade communication, influencer activations, brand partnerships and reputation management, all aimed at making a property known and trusted by guests and by the agents who sell it.

How much does a PR agency cost in India for a hotel?

Hotel PR is usually a monthly retainer for ongoing media relations, or a fixed project fee for a launch or relaunch. We scope both in writing after a first call so you know the deliverables, the media targets and the fee before anything starts.

Do you guarantee coverage?

No serious PR agency can guarantee a placement, because editors decide what runs. What we guarantee is the work: a real story, a real press kit, a targeted list, persistent follow-up and a transparent placement log. Read our five PR strategies for luxury resorts for how we think about it.

Can you handle a bad review or an incident at the hotel?

Yes. We prepare holding statements, a spokesperson protocol and a review-response framework in advance, and manage communication if something happens. Our crisis communication playbook explains the approach.

Do you work with resorts outside India?

Yes. International resorts often hire us specifically to run their India PR and travel trade programme from New Delhi, including roadshows in Delhi and Mumbai.
